A review of show contracts, rehearsal calls and the public pay register finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the performers’ desk at Lantern Theatre. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: a cast change was entered on the notice board but not on the pay copy.
The show contracts, rehearsal calls and the public pay register lists 52 rehearsal hours entered before the opening night; the previous window lists 57. Marek Stone checked both against posted terms set beside signed receipts and final invoices. The source was checked against a second copy held by Davin Pell. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The producer says the board was updated in time. Performers say the signed copy still carries the earlier line. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide whether late cast changes are reflected in the public pay record.
The service office posts the new schedule and records its first operating count. The responsible office has begun the follow-up set by the board, which approved a narrower exception with an appeal route.
